Section 171.102 - Admission of exhibits and deposition into evidence(a) No exhibit or portion of a deposition shall be considered by an arbitration panel in its deliberations unless it is admitted into evidence by the arbitration panel chairperson.(b) Subsection (a) supersedes 1 Pa. Code § 35.151 (relating to status of deposition as part of record).
