(a) The Administrator will maintain a docket of all claims, and each claim as initiated will be assigned an appropriate designation. The docket will be available for inspection and copying by the public during the office hours of the Administrator insofar as consistent with the proper discharge of the duties of the Administrator.(b) Subsection (a) supersedes 1 Pa. Code § 33.51 (relating to docket).
