Section 68.1 - Scope
This chapter applies to the following:
(1) Offenders placed on probation, parole, accelerated rehabilitative disposition, probation without verdict or intermediate punishment under the jurisdiction of a county within this Commonwealth.(2) Counties having jurisdiction over offenders.
