Section 51.1 - Definitions

The following words and terms, when used in this chapter, have the following meanings, unless the context clearly indicates otherwise:

Act-Title 18 of the Pennsylvania Consolidated Statutes, Chapter 57 (relating to the Wiretapping and Electronic Surveillance Control Act).

Attorney General-The Attorney General of the Commonwealth.

Commissioner-The Commissioner of the State Police.
