Section 21.34 - Approval for school and course certification(a) If the Commissioner determines that the application for certification meets the requirements of the act and this chapter, he will issue his written approval. If the Commissioner determines that the applicant does not meet the requirements of the act and this chapter, he will issue his written adverse determination.(b) The approval will be valid unless suspended, revoked or withdrawn.
