Section 21.58 - Witness fees(a) Witnesses subpoenaed by the State Police shall be paid the same fees and mileage as are paid for like services in the Courts of Common Pleas.(b) Subsection (a) supersedes 1 Pa. Code §35.139 (relating to fees of witnesses).
