Section 231.111 - Tip credit for non-tipped duties

The USDOL standards for tipped employees at 29 CFR 531.56 (relating to "more than $30 a month in tips") in effect as of May 7, 2022, are incorporated by reference with the exception of subsection (f)(4)(ii).
