Section 129.705 - Contesting denial of credential recognition or recognition as a qualified accident and illness prevention services provider(a) An organization may contest a denial of credential recognition under Subchapter G (relating to hearings).(b) An insurer, individual self-insured employer or group self-insurance fund may contest a denial or recognition as a qualified accident and illness prevention services provider under Subchapter G.
