Section 127.260 - Fee review adjudications(a) The hearing officer will issue a written decision and order within 90 days following the close of the record. The decision will include all relevant findings and conclusions, and state the rationale for the fee review adjudication.(b) The fee review adjudication will include a notification to all parties of appeal rights to Commonwealth Court.(c) The fee review adjudication will be served upon all parties, intervenors and counsel of record.
