Section 101.33 - Expenses(a) A witness required by subpoena to attend a hearing before the tribunal shall be allowed witness fees and mileage at the rate fixed by the Department. The fees and mileage shall be approved by the tribunal before whom the witness was required to appear.(b) In the hearing of each case, the tribunal shall list the names and addresses of witnesses who appeared at the hearing, together with the witness fee and the mileage allowed each witness. In each case the fees and expenses for witnesses properly subpoenaed shall be included as part of the expense of the appeal proceeding under section 506 of the Unemployment Compensation Law (43 P.
