Section 95.100 - Computation of time(a) When a period of time is referred to in the act or in a rule or order, the period in all cases will be so computed as to exclude the first and include the last day of the period.(b) Whenever the last day of a period falls on a Saturday or Sunday or on a day made a legal holiday by the laws of the Commonwealth or of the United States, the day will be omitted from the computation.(c) For purposes of computation of time under sections 301(18) and 605(7)(ii) of the act (43 P.
