Section 71.7 - Payment of contributions(a) Contributions shall be paid to the Department by check or money order payable to: Commonwealth of Pennsylvania Social Security Contribution Fund.(b) The Federal employer identification number assigned to the political subdivision or instrumentality shall be inserted on the face of the check or money order.
