Section 63.51 - Initial and renewed registration(a) Under section 315(a)(1) of the law (43 P. S. § 795(a)(1)), an employer shall register with the Department within 30 days after services are first performed for the employer.(b) If an employer that has stopped filing reports in accordance with § 63.52(b) (relating to quarterly reports from employers) or has not provided employment for 1 year or longer resumes providing employment, the employer shall file a new registration with the Department within 30 days after it resumes providing employment.The provisions of this § 63.51 amended June 17, 2011, effective 6/18/2011, 41 Pa.B. 3094.
