Section 63.66 - Power of attorney(a)Power of attorney. An employer may appoint an agent with full or limited power and authority to act on its behalf with the Department.(b)Form of power of attorney. An employer's appointment of an agent shall be made in the manner prescribed by the Department and contain the information required by the Department.The provisions of this §63.66 adopted June 17, 2011, effective 6/18/2011, 41 Pa.B. 3094.
