The provisions of this § 63.16 amended October 22, 1971, 1 Pa.B. 2015; reserved June 17, 2011, applies to transfers of organization, trade, business or workforce under section 301(d)(1)(A) of the law (43 P. S. § 781(d)(1)(A)) that occur on or after June 18, 2011, effective 6/18/2011, 41 Pa.B. 3094.
