Section 47.291 - Exceptions(a) Toeboards of not less than three inches in height may be accepted by the Department if they conform to the requirements of §§ 47.241-47.242 (relating to installation; construction).(b) Toeboards of not less than 7/8 inch in thickness may be accepted by the Department if they conform to the requirements of §§ 47.241-47.242.
