Section 3a.95 - Condemnation(a) A Department inspector will stamp an unsafe boiler or unfired pressure vessel by crossing out the serial number stamping. The following designation will be used: Pa < XV >
(b) The stamping will be at least 5/16 inch in height.(c) A Department inspector will remove the stamping of subsection (a) when a boiler or unfired pressure vessel has been restored or repaired to comply with this chapter. No other person may remove the stamping.
