Section 3a.7 - Reexamination(a) An applicant may take the Pennsylvania Inspector Commission examination three times in a 1-year period if the applicant fails to obtain a passing grade without submitting a new application and fee.(b) An applicant may take the Pennsylvania Inspector Commission examination a fourth time within a 1-year period if the applicant fails to obtain a passing grade by submitting a new application and the required fee under § 3a.2 (relating to fees).
