Section 39.102 - Inspections(a) Electrical supply equipment shall comply with this Subchapter when placed in service, and shall thereafter be periodically cleaned and inspected. Defective equipment shall be put in good order or permanently disconnected. Defective wiring, when hazardous, shall be repaired or removed.(b) Infrequently used equipment or wiring maintained for future service shall be periodically inspected to determine its fitness for service.
