Section 11.74 - Use of automobiles in the delivery of merchandise(a) Minors 16 years of age and under may ride on automobiles while engaged in such occupations as delivery of merchandise, but shall not assist in the operation of such automobile.(b) Minors 17 years of age after July 1, 1977, are permitted to operate a single vehicle not in excess of 30,000 pounds registered gross weight or any such vehicle towing a trailer not in excess of 10,000 pounds gross weight.The provisions of this § 11.74 amended June 10, 1977, 7 Pa.B. 1591.
