Section 89.76 - Suspension and termination(a) A policy may not contain a provision for its automatic termination upon the happening of any loss, except a loss which has exhausted all possible benefits under the policy.(b) A policy which provides for a suspension of coverage while the insured is in military service the policy shall provide that upon written request the insurer will refund unearned premiums for the period of the suspension.
