Section 89.96 - Certificates(a) Certifying language shall be used in certificates.(b) Certificates shall be issued to the policy owner within a reasonable period of time after the effective date of the master policy for delivery to each person insured. Certificates should state the benefits applicable to the person insured or state the schedule of benefits applicable to the class to which he belongs.
