Section 89.54 - Sales materials(a) Sales materials, including promissory note forms and other forms used in the sale of the insurance programs, shall be submitted to this Department with a letter of transmittal at the time of submitting the policy form in question for approval.(b) Additions or amendments to the materials may not be made by the company unless first submitted and found acceptable to this Department.
