Section 73.102 - ApplicabilityThis chapter applies to the following:
(1) An individual or group credit insurance policy.(2) Certificates issued under a group credit insurance policy and applications or other forms used in connection with the policy or certificate.(3) A premium rate charged for credit insurance.(4) Practices followed in providing credit insurance.
