Section 39a.10 - Penalties for failure to comply with continuing education requirements(a) An insurance producer will be notified by the Department, 90 days prior to the expiration date stated on his license, of the number of credit hours needed to satisfy the continuing education requirements.(b) Failure to comply with continuing education requirements by the expiration date of the license shall be deemed a voluntary termination of the insurance producer's license.
