Section 21.101 - Statement of amount owned(a) When stating the amount of securities acquired, disposed of, or beneficially owned, the par value of the securities and the number of shares or other units of securities shall be given.(b) If securities are indirectly owned, that is, through a partnership, corporation, trust, or some other entity, the entire amount of securities involved in the transaction or owned by the partnership, corporation, trust, or other entity shall be stated.
