Section 1021.122 - Meetings and members(a) Meetings of the Advisory Board shall be held in accordance with 65 Pa.C.S. Chapter 7 (relating to Sunshine Act) or a successor act.(b) A voting member of the Advisory Board shall serve a 3-year term. A voting member may not serve more than two consecutive terms.(c) A simple majority of the voting members of the Advisory Board constitutes a quorum for the transaction of business.(d) A member of the Advisory Board shall serve without compensation, except for reimbursement of reasonable expenses incurred by members while performing official duties.(e) A staff member of the Pennsylvania Emergency Health Services Council may not serve as a voting member of the Advisory Board.
