Section 1151a.28 - Forms of medical marijuana(a) A grower/processor may only process medical marijuana for dispensing to a patient or caregiver in the following forms:(3) Topical forms, including gel, creams or ointments.(4) A form medically appropriate for administration by vaporization or nebulization, including dry leaf or plant form for administration by vaporization.(b) A grower/processor may not manufacture, produce or assemble any medical marijuana product, instrument or device without the prior written approval of the Department.Adopted by Pennsylvania Bulletin, Vol 53, No. 09.
