Section 30.11 - Inspection and evaluation of blood banks(a) At least once each year, the blood bank will be inspected and evaluated by a representative of the Department.(b) The Department may accept the inspection and evaluation of a private or Federal agency. The record of the inspection and evaluation must be made available in its entirety to the Department.(c) The Department may inspect the blood bank at any time other than at routine annual inspections.
