Section 29.39 - Penalties(a) Any person who willfully delivers or discloses to the Department any report, record or information known by him to be false commits a misdemeanor of the first degree.(b) In addition to the provisions of subsection (a), any person, organization or facility who willfully violates § 29.38 (relating to reports) shall upon conviction thereof: (1) For the first time, have its license suspended for a period of 6 months.(2) For the second time, have its license suspended for a period of 1 year.(3) For the third time, have its license revoked.
