(a) Local health departments shall be required to attend no more than four meetings per year.(b) The Secretary of DER or his designee will call the meetings.(c) The requirements of this section shall apply to the meetings referred to in §§ 17.11(6), 17.21(6), 17.31(6), 17.41(5), 17.51(5), 17.61(6), 17.71(6), 17.82(6), 17.92(4), 17.102(5), 17.112(6), 17.122(9), 17.132(3)(iv) and 17.142(4).The provisions of this § 17.3 adopted June 6, 1980, effective 6/7/1980, 10 Pa.B. 2329.
