Section 5.62 - Results of proficiency tests(a) Results of proficiency tests shall be maintained in the acceptable ranges statistically determined for each evaluation. Failure of a laboratory to satisfactorily perform in a proficiency test may be cause for revocation of approval of the specific tests involved.(b) If a permit is revoked or limited for reasons of unsatisfactory performance, reinstatement of approval shall require demonstration of proficiency over a testing period, not to exceed 6 months.
