Section 977.18 - Capacity fee payment procedure(a) The Fund shall charge the capacity fee to an owner or operator.(b) The capacity fee shall be established as set forth in § 977.12(d) (relating to owner and operator fees).(c) An owner or operator shall pay, on or before the due date indicated on the statement, the full amount of the capacity fee or a monthly payment of 1/12 of the total capacity fee due.
