Section 965.2 - Applicability(a) This chapter applies to governmental units which own sewerage facilities and which apply for financial assistance for sewerage projects and governmental units or private individuals who are constructing or maintaining nonpoint source projects or estuary protection projects.(b) Chapter 963 (relating to Pennsylvania Infrastructure Investment Authority Assistance) also applies to this chapter except to the extent it is inconsistent with this chapter.
