Section 1021.3 - Amendments to rules(a) The Board retains continuing jurisdiction under section 5 of the act (35 P. S. § 7515) to adopt the amendments and additions to this chapter as may be appropriate.(b) The Board is authorized to establish forms as may be required to implement the act.(c) Subsections (a) and (b) supersede 1 Pa. Code §31.6 (relating to amendments to rules).
