Section 1021.134 - Adjudications(a) At the conclusion of the proceedings, the Board will issue an adjudication containing a discussion, findings of fact, conclusions of law and an order.(b) The Board will serve a copy of the adjudication on all parties to the proceeding or their representatives.(c) Subsections (a) and (b) supersede 1 Pa.
