Section 1021.111 - Initiation of hearings(a) If the proceedings are at issue and a hearing is required, a formal evidentiary hearing shall be scheduled and a notice of hearing shall be sent to all parties to the proceedings.(b) Subsection (a) supersedes 1 Pa.
