Section 285.116 - Surface and groundwater protection(a) Surface water runoff from storage areas shall be minimized. Collection of surface water runoff shall be managed in accordance with The Clean Streams Law (35 P. S.. §§ 691.1-691.1001) and the regulations promulgated thereunder.(b) Surface water run-on to storage areas shall be minimized.(c) Waste may not be stored in a manner that causes groundwater degradation.The provisions of this § 285.116 adopted December 22, 2000, effective 12/23/2000, 30 Pa.B. 6685.
