Section 283.101 - General requirements(a) An application to operate a municipal waste processing facility under this chapter shall: (1) Comply with this subchapter.(2) Comply with the applicable requirements of Chapter 271 (relating to municipal waste management-general provisions).(b) Maps, plans and cross sections submitted to comply with this subchapter shall be on a scale of 1 inch equals no more than 50 feet with 2-foot maximum contour intervals.
