Section 281.218 - Nuisance minimization and control(a) The operator shall control and minimize the attraction, harborage or breeding of vectors.(b) The operator shall control and minimize conditions not otherwise prohibited by this subchapter that are harmful to the environment or public health, or which create safety hazards, odors, dust, noise, unsightliness and other public nuisances.The provisions of this § 281.218 amended December 22, 2000, effective 12/23/2000, 30 Pa.B. 6685.
