Section 281.281 - Temporary shutdown(a) An alternate permitted solid waste processing or disposal facility shall be available for use if the facility is shut down.(b) If the composting facility is out-of-service for a longer period than the storage capacity of the site will allow, no additional solid waste may be received at the facility.
