Section 281.134 - Soil and groundwater monitoring plan(a) If required by the Department, the applicant shall submit a groundwater monitoring plan to detect groundwater degradation from the facility.(b) If required by the Department, the applicant shall submit a soil monitoring plan capable of detecting the contamination from the facility.The provisions of this § 281.134 amended December 22, 2000, effective 12/23/2000, 30 Pa.B. 6685.
