Section 273.215 - Equipment(a) The operator shall maintain on the site equipment necessary for the operation of the facility in accordance with the permit. The equipment shall be maintained in an operable condition.(b) If a breakdown of the operator's equipment occurs, the operator shall utilize standby equipment as necessary to comply with the act, the environmental protection acts, this subchapter and permit conditions.The provisions of this § 273.215 amended December 22, 2000, effective 12/23/2000, 30 Pa.B. 6685.
