Section 272.373 - Grant application(a) The application shall contain the following:(1) A detailed explanation of the tasks performed in the review of the application.(2) A description of the findings and recommendations of the review.(3) A description of the qualifications of the person performing the review, including the person's previous experience in preparing permit applications for resource recovery facilities or municipal waste landfills under the act, and also including a demonstration that the person performing the review is a licensed professional engineer in this Commonwealth.(b) Where the facility is located within more than one host municipality, the municipalities involved shall designate a lead municipality to apply for the grant.The provisions of this § 272.373 adopted October 9, 1992, effective 10/10/1992, 22 Pa.B. 5105.
