Section 272.222 - Public participation(a) The plan shall contain a complete and detailed explanation of the public's involvement in the development and implementation of the plan. The plan shall demonstrate that it was developed, and will be implemented, in an open and public manner.(b) For the development of the plan, this explanation shall include, but not be limited to, a list of the members of the advisory committee, minutes of each advisory committee meeting and a summary of other public meetings, hearings and other public information efforts utilized by the county.(c) For the implementation of the plan, the plan shall include provisions for public participation, including, but not limited to, an advisory committee to provide oversight and advice on the implementation of the plan.The provisions of this § 272.222 adopted October 9, 1992, effective 10/10/1992, 22 Pa.B. 5105.
