Section 271.121 - Application contentsA person or municipality submitting a permit application under § 271.101 (relating to permit requirement) shall include with the permit application the applicable information required by this chapter and:
(1) Chapter 273 (relating to municipal waste landfills).(2) Chapter 275 (relating to land application of sewage sludge).(3) Chapter 277 (relating to construction/demolition waste landfills).(4) Chapter 279 (relating to transfer facilities).(5) Chapter 281 (relating to composting facilities).(6) Chapter 283 (relating to resource recovery and other processing facilities).The provisions of this § 271.121 adopted April 8, 1988, effective 4/9/1988, 18 Pa.B. 1681.
