Section 269a.162 - Record of decision(a) A written record of decision outlining the findings of the EQB under each of the criteria established in §§ 269a.151-269a.155 (relating to criteria for issuing CPNs) will be issued by the EQB.(b) The record of decision will include a summary of comments received by the EQB on the CPN application and a response indicating how the comments were considered by the EQB.
