Section 269a.121 - Eligible applicantsAn applicant for a CPN shall have:
(1) Permits necessary for construction and operation of a new or modified facility from the Department or the Federal agency authorized to issue permits in this Commonwealth.(2) Implemented impact assessments and public participation programs related to obtaining those permits.
