(a) This subchapter sets forth requirements and procedures for any person selecting the site-specific standards.(b) The Department may approve or disapprove a remedial investigation report, a risk assessment report or cleanup plan based on consideration of all subsections in section 304 of the act (35 P.S. § 6026.304).
