Section 241.5 - Seal of registered engineer, surveyor or architect(a) The front cover or flyleaf of each set of drawings, specifications, and designer's reports shall bear the imprint or facsimile of the seal of the registered engineer, surveyor, or architect by or under whom it was prepared as provided in this chapter.(b) Each drawing submitted shall bear an imprint or a legible facsimile of such seal.
